Course Description:
The submission of digital photos as proof of ownership, loss or injury is part of the insurance claims process. The reliance on these photos in claims decision making continues to accelerate, especially with the industry’s pivot to “virtual” claim handling post COVID. Individuals who elect to attend this course will be briefly exposed to techniques which will enable them to more effectively examine digital photos and make informed decisions.

About the Speaker:

Arthur Grady is a Sr. Forensic Consultant and co-founder of Allstate's Special Investigations Forensics Team, prior to this he was a Sr. Special Investigator with Allstate’s SIU.  Art is considered the “Subject Matter Expert” for Photo, Document, and Video Analysis at Allstate; he has conducted multiple training sessions and delivered several presentations to various insurance industry groups, associations, law enforcement agencies, and a diverse array of departments within Allstate. He has been featured in three Allstate training videos which include “Digital Photo Investigation Tools and Techniques”, “Document Fraud Identification Techniques”, and “Fraud Identification for Agents”.  

Art was awarded Allstate’s Distinguished Performance Award in 2013 and 2015 and Allstate SIU’s “Sherlock Holmes Award” in 2020.  

Mr. Grady has also been accepted as an Expert in Digital Image Forensics by a Maryland District Court.
