NYACT invites you to show your support, while making valuable connections within the law enforcement and insurance fraud community, by becoming a sponsor of NYACT's events this year. 
There are many opportunities and options to choose from to sponsor NYACT conferences this year. As a sponsor, your organization will be highlighted on all marketing emails, and you will have the option to have a table at events, and to be in the Annual Education Conference printed program distributed the day of that event and in the electronic program that will be sent to over 3,000 NYACT contacts. 
Thousands of attendees come to learn, and network, with industry professionals from all over the state at NYACT events each year. Sponsorship Information

  • All sponsors will be listed on eblasts and on the website as soon as a sponsorship is confirmed.
  • Please provide us with your company’s website URL so we can provide a link from our website to your website.
  • Please send all logos and ads in high quality jpg or pdf format.
  • The exhibit area will be open for set up at 7:30am for each event. NYACT is not responsible for any material you leave at your booth.
  • Please plan to remain for the entire conference for the best opportunity to speak with all our attendees.
  • Electric outlets are not guaranteed. If you need one, please let the NYACT office know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
  • Annual Education Conference Program Information:  In order for your advertisement to look its best, it is important for your logo/artwork to be high quality and web compatible. All artwork and imagery should be high resolution (300+ dpi) COLOR copy. Half page ads are 8" wide x 5" high, full page ads are 8" wide x 10" high.  Annual Conference print ad is due by Friday, October 4, 2024.

Annual Education Conference Program and Booth Options

These options are to advertise in the Annual Education Program and/or have a booth at the conference.  The program is emailed to the entire NYACT database, as well as printed and distributed at the Annual Education Conference in November.

  • $250.00  Half Page Ad (8" wide x 5" high)
  • $300.00  6' Exhibit Booth Only: Includes one ticket to conference
  • $350.00  Half Page Ad with 6' Booth: Includes one ticket to conference
  • $350.00  Full Page Ad (8" wide x 10" high)
  • $400.00  Full Page Ad with 6' Booth: Includes one ticket to conference

DELUXE Sponsorships: $750 each

  • AEC Break Sponsor – Booth, one ticket, logo up during the two breaks, and logo in program and digital marketing.
  • AEC Event Lanyards – 250 lanyards for the event with your logo printed on it, logo in program and digital marketing. Commitment Deadline Sept. 15, 2024.
  • Future Virtual Training Sponsor – A one-hour virtual training opportunity in 2025,  included with one ticket, logo in program and digital marketing for the AEC.  This must be a significant training session for LE and insurance investigators with prior approval from the NYACT Executive Board. It can not be a marketing seminar.
