Michael Gerstein is a partner at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg’s Philadelphia office. Michael handles a variety of SIU first-party and third-party litigation matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, Michael routinely assists insurance carriers with coverage evaluations associated with a variety of first-party claims ranging from property losses, jewelry thefts, medical benefits, and everything in between.

Jim Blumenthal is manager of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg’s New York City office. An experienced trial attorney, Jim specializes in defending all aspects of SIU litigation in both New York and New Jersey. Jim also is involved in investigating first-party automobile claims through aggressive examinations under oath and other investigative endeavors.

Alex Garriga is an attorney with Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg whose primary focus is on the defense of New York first-party No-Fault matters. Alex has substantial experience in initiating declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurers against medical providers, as well as their patient assignees, based on policy violations such as failure to appear for scheduled EUOs and/or IMEs, failure to comply with an insurer’s verification demands, and rate evasion, to name a few.
