Operation Sledgehammer is a multi-agency long term investigation into a sophisticated insurance fraud scheme operating in lower Westchester County and the Bronx. Multiple businesses and individual defendants were charged with Enterprise Corruption and other felonies for defrauding insurance companies by enhancing motor vehicle damage and falsifying insurance claims.

  • Your Certificate of Attendance will reflect however you input your information so please use proper sentence case when completing registration (ie: Jane Smith, ABC Insurance Company).
  • Conference Registration Deadline: Friday, September 23, 2022 by noon
  • If you have registered to attend, but find yourself unable to attend, you must cancel your registration by no later than noon on Monday, September 19th, or NYACT will be charged and, therefore, must then pass the cost along to you. If you cannot attend, please feel free to send a substitute individual on your behalf.
  • Dress Code for in person attendees: Business casual. 
  • In-person attendees will be served a continental breakfast and buffet lunch.

Guest rooms will be available starting at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and are reserved until 12:00 Pm on the day of departure. 

All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
